Domestic (USA)- Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the states of New York and New Jersey. The amount of sales tax may vary by county within these states. Because charges for gift-wrap and shipping and handling are considered part of the product in certain states, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.
International- All duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. The recipient will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Sending a gift from Vivre is a wonderful way to express your appreciation for someone special. We've made it easy by offering you two options when picking out that perfect present.
If you'd like to send the gift directly from Vivre:
On the product page, select gift wrap. From the Shopping Bag select Edit then gift wrap. Should you choose this option, a gift invoice, absent prices, will be included with your package.
You may also include a personalized note, hand-written to your order. During the checkout process, select gift options to personalize the message for specific products in your order.
Use our multiple ship-to option to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address, you will find this option in the second step of the checkout process under shipping options.

Every order includes an invoice for your records, with a detachable gift on the reverse.

We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
If you placed your order online, please click LOG ON to access your order status and history to find updates on the status of each item in your order.
Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed upon placement of your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, usually ship the same day. Please allow 3-5 business days from date of shipment for receipt.

Vivre proudly stands behind the quality of the products we offer our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item, we will gladly accept it, provided we receive it within 30 calendar days of its shipment date, and we will refund you for the original purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrapping or other charges outlined in our Return/Exchange Policy. This 30-day Guarantee only applies to full price items.

After you have made your selection and are ready to finalize your purchase, proceed to the checkout. Enter your gift card information in step 3 of the checkout, as if you were using another credit card. Enter the claim code number from the upper right hand corner of your card exactly as it appears on your gift certificate or gift card into this field, and click on redeem. Your credit will then appear in the total above.

After you have made your selection and are ready to finalize your purchase, proceed to the checkout. At the Shopping Bag page, scroll down and you will see your total along with a field labeled Enter Promotional Code. Enter the claim code number from the upper right hand corner of your card exactly as it appears on your VIP card or promotion into this field, and click on submit. Your discount will then appear in the total above.

We carry a wide variety of products from all over the world. There are a number of reasons that a particular product might be on backorder, including variable delivery times from international vendors, and high sell-through on very popular items. When a popular product becomes sold out, we often attempt to reorder the piece, and your item may be on backorder until we receive our next shipment.
